I was a bit hesitant to book at Travelodge, but the price and location were too good to pass up. The hotel is undergoing renovations and looks much better for it. The reception area is bright and welcoming, with a small bar and coffee dock. The check-in process was quick and the staff, particularly the young guy at the front desk, were pleasant and helpful. My room, No.11, was comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was cozy and the TV had a great selection of channels. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. I had pre-paid for it and it surpassed my expectations. The hot and cold options were delicious, and they even had a variety of healthy choices like granola and overnight oats. The coffee, too, was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll from the city center. I must also mention the lady on duty during my stay, both on Saturday and Sunday morning. She was a credit to the hotel and provided excellent service.

I recently stayed at Travelodge in Galway for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Seamus the manager, provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to help us. The hotel itself was great value for money, with free parking, clean and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside and a short walk to Eyre Square. a well-run hotel that I would definitely stay at again.
